The clubhouse is located behind the community swimming pool on Colony Creek Drive. The facilities are for all the residents to use for birthday parties, family gatherings, anniversaries or any celebration where you will have more people then you care to have in your home. The 800 sq foot clubhouse is fully equipped with tables, chairs, refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, and coffee pot. It is heated / air conditioned and has a restroom. All the cleaning supplies are furnished to put the clubhouse back the way you found it for the next person to use. To use the clubhouse you must make reservations with Beacon Residential Management ( 713-466-1204 ). The charge is $35 to cover the cost of utilities and cleaning supplies. A $135 cleaning deposit is required and will be returned after the clubhouse is cleaned. Please note: Due to abuse of the privilege, alcohol is no longer permitted. If you would like to see the clubhouse before making reservations please contact Michelle Roddy ( 281-376-6423 ) who will meet you there at a mutually convenient time. Michelle will also meet with you to go over the facilities and the guidelines.

What
do I do if I want to rent the clubhouse ? You need to contact
Beacon Residential Management
( 713-466-1204 )
to get the
"Clubhouse Usage Agreement" and rental form and mail your payment with
at least two weeks in advance. You
must complete this agreement even if you are a non-profit organization.
You would also need a "park" key, which is also available
through Beacon Residential Management. If
I rent the clubhouse, do I have access to the pool? No,
only if you're also renting the pool. There
is a door that leads to the pool but it's remained locked for liability reasons.
Can I rent the pool ? Yes. Pool parties may be scheduled by contacting Beacon Residential Management. A rental fee, deposit and hiring of lifeguards is required.
